The gateway submits HeyGen POST /v3/videos (type "image") and polls GET /v3/videos/{id}. Without HEYGEN_API_KEY the adapter answers in recorded-mock mode: pending < 3 s, processing < 10 s, then completed — the mode is always reported honestly. Spec: /api/openapi.json.
